Who deserves a free 12-month Family membership to both leisure centres in Lichfield and Burntwood?

We’re looking for community heroes, people who go above and beyond who deserve to be recognised.

Competition Terms and Conditions

• Entrants must 18 years and over
• Entries will be open from 15 June to 6 July 2023
• The winner will receive a 12-month Family Membership to access both Lichfield and Burntwood Leisure Centres
• The winner will be selected anonymously by Active Leisure staff and announced on Monday 10 July. Please be reminded that you can’t nominate yourself
• By applying you consent to having your photograph taken and shared across Lichfield District Council communication channels.
