Dance Memories

Unit 2b Greenhough Road Industrial Estate (WS13 7AU)
£2.50 per session

Dance Memories is a chair based dance and exercise programme working on different parts of the body to music that will evoke happy memories, using 50s, 60s & 70s music.

It helps to mobilise joints, gently raise heart rates, develop rhythm, balance and co-ordination and releases “feel good” endorphins. Sessions include props such as scarves, hats and bells and is tailored to different ages and abilities.

Sessions delivered by Fusion Dance School, there is no need to book just turn up.


Walking Football

Walking football is a great way to get fit and play your favourite game at a more moderate pace. Sessions are delivered by a fully qualified FA Football Coach.

Being active is good for the mind and body – come and join us for NEW friendly, supported fun tennis at Beacon Park. All equipment is provided. Active Lichfield are partnering with Tennis For Free (TFF) a UK charity who offer tennis for free in local parks.

Inspire Disability Sessions

King Edward’s Sports Centre (WS14 9DE)
Every other Thursday
5.30pm to 7pm
Ages 10 to 25
The Inspire disability multi-sport club is designed for children with disabilities (aged 7 to 18 years), their siblings and parents.

The club gives local families the opportunity to try a range of sports in a relaxed and informal environment with qualified coaches.
On arrival a parent or responsible adult will need to complete a participant consent form.


Women’s Wellbeing Yoga

King Edwards Sports Centre (WS14 9DE)
6pm to 7pm
Ages 30+
£2.50 a session (first session free)
Classes are designed to educate and support a woman as she deals with the natural fluctuations of her physical strength & energy, changes in moods & emotions and her ability to deal with stress & mental wellness. The classes use movement, stillness, breathwork and relaxation to stretch, strengthen and balance the different layers of the body.

Sessions are delivered by Kelsey Taylor Yoga.


Parent & Baby Yoga

This session is currently on pause for the time being.

Charnwood Children’s Centre (WS13 7PH)
1pm to 2pm
Parent & Baby
Refreshments following the session 2pm to 2.30pm.
£2.50 a session (first session free)
Babies must be at least 8 weeks old, have some head control and are non-walkers.
Mums who attend should either have had their 6-week health check or 12 weeks post C-section.
