Active Lichfield District brings together and signpost a wide range of activities that place across Lichfield District to help people living and working locally to stay fit, happy and healthy.
Active Lichfield District is managed by Lichfield District Council. Lichfield District Council’s strategic plan sets out our ambition to help local people live healthy and active lives, and Active Lichfield District is a key part of this ambition.
Burntwood and Lichfield, Friary Grange Leisure Centres are managed in partnership by Lichfield District Council and its trading company trading company (LWM Traded Services LTD).
The Getin2it programme for young people and wellbeing activities are managed by the council’s sports development team. The team also works to support and promote local clubs as a key part of the council’s strategic response.
