The equipment at Shortbutts Park includes magnetic bells, stretch station, balance unit, flex wheel, up & go (sit & stand) station and exercise bike.
The equipment at Chase Terrace Park includes magnetic bells, a sports bike and a bench.
The equipment at Redwood Park includes magnetic bells, a cross trainer and a bench.
Once government guidance allows, the council’s Active Lichfield and Parks Team will deliver launch events at each new gym, allowing users to become accustomed to the new equipment.
After the launch events have taken place, Active Lichfield staff will provide regular fitness sessions for residents and young people. These sessions will be promoted locally within each park, and through our social media platforms.
