Following a successful National Walking Month we are continuing our individual step challenge to help get you get moving, whilst keeping your exercise in accordance with government guidelines.
The aim of the challenge is to increase the amount of steps you do on a weekly basis. To participate you need to record 3 days’ worth of steps, whether it be through an app or a pedometer, total them up and divide by three! We would recommend rounding your steps up or down to the nearest 100, as this gives you a round figure to work with.
This figure is now your baseline average, which you’ll gradually build up with each challenge.
