Seniors 4.50pm to 5.50pm (ages 14 to 19)
Sessions are delivered in partnership with Stageworks, Danceworks Academy.

Tuesdays 4:00pm to 5:00pm (ages 14 to 19)
Fridays 5:00pm to 6:30pm (ages 14 to 19)
If you’re aged between 14 and 19, come to Burntwood Leisure Centre’s synthetic pitch on Tuesday and Fridays for a kick-about. It’s free to play and you don’t need to book.
Parkour park, Cherry Close (next to the skate park)
4.45pm to 5.45pm (ages 7 to 15)
6:00pm to 7:00pm (ages 16 to 25)
Fully qualified EMP Parkour Coaches deliver training in this exciting, non-competitive activity at our parkour facility at Cherry Close.
Chase Terrace Park
5.30pm to 6.15pm (ages 12 to 17)
Weekly fun fitness sessions at the outdoor gym tailored to the participants who attend, delivered by a fully qualified fitness instructor.

Thursday 4.30pm to 5.30pm (ages 7 to 11)
Try a range of sports at this free fun session.
Burntwood Leisure Centre (Tennis Courts)
Thursdays 7.45pm to 8.45pm (ages 10 to 19)
Led by BoxClever Coaching Academy. There is no need to book, if you are aged between 10 – 19, simply turn up and try out boxing.
Due to covid-19 guidance and for the safety of all participants both gloves and pads cannot be issued at sessions. If participants have their own they are welcome to bring them along to sessions.

If you’re aged between 12 and 17, come to Burntwood Leisure Centre’s basketball courts on Friday for a game of basketball.

These trampoline sessions are for young people to come and try something new and improve their skills on a trampoline.
