Get outdoors

Fresh air, movement and wellbeing

Getting outdoors is one of the simplest ways to improve your health and wellbeing.

Whether it’s a short walk, a group session in the park or trying something new, being active outside can help you:

  • Boost your mood
  • Improve your physical health
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Connect with nature and your local area

We offer a range of outdoor activities, including:

  • Health walks
  • Social walking groups
  • Seasonal outdoor sessions
  • Community activities and events in parks and green spaces

You don’t need to go far – just get started.

A consent form will need to be completed, which can be done at your first session.
